AMES, Iowa -- Iowa State maintained its perfect record in Big 12 Conference action with a home win over No. 7 Oklahoma (196.250-195.050).
Cyclone junior Laura-Kay Powell tied her career-high score on vault to share first place with teammate Janet Anson (9.95). Sooner Ashley Cooney took third (9.925). Sophomore Jade Kvach, junior Erin Dethloff and Brittney Koncak of Oklahoma shared fourth-place honors (9.825).
Kvach matched her career high on bars to tie for first with OU's Erin LaBarr (9.875). Kristen Cox of Oklahoma (9.85) placed third and Iowa State's Katie Lasher and Dethloff tied Oklahoma's Cooney (9.825) for fourth.
LaBarr (9.925) placed first on beam followed by a four-way tie for second place with Dethloff, Powell and Sooners Stephanie LoPiccolo and Caitlin Hinkis (9.875).
Anson tied her season high to notch a first-place finish on floor (9.925). Teammate Laura-Kay Powell also matched her season high to come in second (9.90).
LaBarr was named all-around champion (39.25), followed by Kvach (39.15) and Koncak (39.10).
ISU competed without the services of Ashley Alden, who was sidelined by an injury. Despite an injury, Dethloff competed in three events.
