With the two points awarded for women's gymnastics, Iowa State University garnered the 11 points needed to capture the series title. ISU will host the remaining two events in the series, which includes another women's gymnastics meet (March 17) and softball (April 4).
"We're proud to be the team clinched for Iowa State in the series," head coach K.J. Kindler said. "It means a lot for our team to do so because we were focused on this 150 percent."
