CyCast: Jeff Grayer

One of the greatest basketball players in Iowa State history Jeff Grayer joins us in our latest CyCast. Jeff helped Iowa State become a national name in hoops, as Hilton Magic was born during his time as a Cyclone (1985-88). Jeff ended his career as, and still is, ISU's all-time leading scorer. The All-American played a huge role in ISU's first NCAA Tournament berth in 41 years in 1985 and he led the 1986 NCAA Sweet Sixteen team in scoring. The ISU Hall-of-Famer played nine years in the NBA and was a member of the 1988 U.S. Olympic basketball team. Jeff will be back in Ames on Jan. 10 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of ISU's 1986 Sweet Sixteen team and Coach Orr's first three postseason teams.
