AMES, Iowa – Iowa State will send five student-athletes to the 2026 Monster Energy Big 12 Football Media Days at The Star in Frisco, Texas on July 8.
Joining head coach Jimmy Rogers will be quarterback Jaylen Raynor, running back Aiden Flora, defensive back David Coffey, defensive end Isaac Terrell and kicker Kyle Konrardy.
Raynor, a senior transfer from Arkansas State, joined the Cyclones during the offseason following a junior season where he completed 66 percent of his passes (333-for-501) for career-bests of 3,361 yards and 19 touchdowns.
Flora was a 2025 All-Big 12 Second Team selection after he had a breakout season on special teams, leading the league in punt return average (26.1 avg.) and owning one of just three punt returns for a touchdown in the conference. As a running back, he registered four carries for 58 yards and a touchdown.
A promising young defensive back, Coffey played in nine games last season for the Cyclones, making one start, and finished with 11 tackles and two pass breakups.
Terrell, a transfer from Washington State, was a Pac-12 Conference Top Defensive Line Performer last season. In 12 games, he made 28 tackles with 12 tackles for loss, seven sacks, forced one fumble, batted down a pass and recorded six QB hurries.
Konrardy is one of the league's best legs and was a 2025 All-Big 12 Honorable Mention as both a specialist and special teams player of the year. He was 14-of-18 on field goal attempts with a long of 63 yards, the longest in FBS last season.
Big 12 Football Media Days runs July 7-8 at The Star in Frisco, Texas, the Dallas Cowboys' headquarters. Both days will be broadcast live on ESPNU from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT, simulcasted on Big 12 Studios.
