Outdoor: Won the 1,500m run at the Tulsa Duels (4:40.41).

Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Cyclones … clocked personal bests in the 3,000m (14th, 9:48.74) and 5,000m (10th, 16:52.92) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … also ran a 3K at the Iowa State Classic and Razorback Invitational … competed in the mile at the Cyclone Duals and Hawkeye Invitational.

XC: Raced to a 225th-place finish at the NCAA Championships with a time of 21:52.57 … helped the team to a Midwest Regional title behind a 54th-place outing individually (21:18) … brought home 26th-place at the Big 12 Championships finishing in 21:09 … finished 169th at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational in a time of 21:51 … posted a top-70 finish at the Roy Griak Invitational … crossed the finish line in 22:39 for 67th overall … kicked off the year with a 15th-place showing at the Hawkeye Invitational … member of the Academic All-Big 12 team.

2016-17
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … finished 16th in the 10,000-meter run at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (36:40.52), the first time she ran the 10K for the Cyclones … took third in the 1,500 (4:40.63) and fourth in the 3,000 (10:51.46) at the Tulsa Duels … also competed in the 1,500 at the Musco Twilight (23rd, 4:39.47) … finished 23rd in the 5,000 at the Drake Relays (17:01.64).

Indoor: Ran in four meets for the Cyclones … finished 16th in the 5,000 at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in a personal best 16:57.65 … was winner of the 3,000-meter run at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (9:59.23) … took second in the 3,000 at the Hawkeye Invitational (10:08.57) … finished 14th in her section of the 5,000 at the Iowa State Classic (17:14.97).

XC: Competed at four meets for the Cyclones in 2016 … made her debut at the season-opening Hawkeye Invitational … placed 46^th overall in 11:09 to help Iowa State go 3-3-1 in dual scoring at the meet … placed 150^th (24:11) as ISU’s fourth finisher at the Roy Griak Invitational … ran in the open race at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, placing 38^th (22:27) as the second Cyclone across the line … closed out her season at the Big 12 Championship, finishing 66^th overall (23:00) to help Iowa State to its fifth Big 12 title in the last six years.

2015-16
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … finished 21st in the 5,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … took part in the 3,000-meter run at the Musco Twilight and Tulsa Duels, picking up her first career event win in the 3K at Tulsa … finished eighth in the 1,500-meter run at the Jim Duncan Invitational.

Indoor: Took part in two meets for the Cyclones … ran in the 3,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic … made her track and field debut in the mile at Big 4 Duals.

XC: Redshirted her initial cross country season.

Was the 2014 Class 4A Iowa high school state cross country champion in a time of 14:11.60 ... finished in the top five at the state cross country meet all four years ... hold personal bests in the 1,500-meters (4:40.04) and the 3,000-meters (9:59.48) ... finished no lower than third in the 2014 cross country season ... won the 3,000-meter run at the Jim Duncan Invitational during the 2015 outdoor season, clocking a 10:37.16.
