Bryce Fink joined the Iowa State Men's Basketball staff as a graduate assistant prior to the 2026-27 season.

Fink spent the 2024-25 and 2025-26 seasons as a graduate assistant and director of basketball operations at Northwestern State. The Demons advanced to the Southland Conference Tournament Semifinals in 2025. During his time in Natchitoches, Fink helped with video, team travel and team meals.

Prior to his time at Northwestern State, Fink served three years as a manager at Iowa State. Fink was the lead manager during his first stint in Ames, where he used Hudl SportsCode to clip games and practice highlights.

Fink graduated from Iowa State with a degree in Business Management in 2024, while obtaining his masters in Sports Administration from Northwestern State in 2026.
