Started the first 35 games of the season before suffering a season-ending injury in the opening minutes of the NCAA Tournament opener against Tennessee State … the fifth consensus All-American in program history and first since Georges Niang in 2016 … averaged 16.4 points, 7.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.6 steals in 30.8 minutes per game … the only Power Conference player in the country to average those numbers, while he was just the sixth player in the country to average them since 1974-75 … scored in double figures in 40-straight games before suffering the injury against Tennessee State … his 34 games in double figures were the third-most in program history … first player in Big 12 history to average those numbers in a season … turned in triple-doubles against West Virginia (10 Poins, 10 Rebounds, 10 Assists) and UCF (17 Points, 12 Assists, 10 Rebounds), becoming the first player with multiple triple-doubles in Big 12 play in conference history … one of just three players in the country with multiple triple-doubles on the year … put together back-to-back games of 10 assists and no turnovers against Syracuse and Alcorn State, becoming the first player in Big 12 history with 20 assists and no turnovers in a two-game span … scored a season-high 24 points against Alcorn State and Iowa … tallied 10 double-doubles on the season, as ISU went 9-1 in those games … Iowa State went 8-2 in the 10 games he scored 20 or more points … the Cyclones went 8-0 in games he reached double digit rebounds … had a career-high 17 points at Baylor … his 167 assists are the 20th most in program history … finished career with 131 steals, the 18th most in program history … his 1.87 steals per game in his career are the seventh-most in school history … had three games in his career with at least five steals, tied for the ninth-most in program history … his 276 career assists rank 18th in program history … ranked 35th all-time at Iowa State with 1,029 points … joined Tamin Lipsey and Milan Momcilovic as just the ninth set of teammates to have over 1,000 career points on an Iowa State team at the same time … invited to NBA Draft Combine following season.

2023-24 (Saint Mary’s)
Started each of the first 26 games of the season at power forward before suffering a season-ending leg injury ... averaged 10.2 points and 6.5 rebounds per contest ... tallied his first three career double-doubles, including a 21-point, 10-rebound performance at San Francisco that earned him WCC Player of the Week honors ... shot a very strong 46.9 percent from the field, and knocked down 16 3-pointers on the year ... finished second on the team with 32 steals ... against Northern Kentucky, became the first-ever Gael to record a double-double while not missing from the field, from downtown or from the free throw line.
2022-23 (Saint Mary’s)
Appeared in 34 of the Gaels 35 games as a freshman ... averaged 8.1 minutes per game with 2.2 points and 1.4 rebounds per game ... shot 43.4 percent from the floor, while connecting on 31 percent of his 3-point attempts ... scored his first collegiate points as the Gaels beat Vermont in their second game of the season ... knocked down his first two 3-pointers in the conference opener against San Diego ... averaged over 12 minutes per game during the final nine games of the season, including all four postseason games ... set career-bests with 23 minutes and nine points at No. 12 Gonzaga to close out the regular season ... dished out three assists in consecutive games against Portland and San Diego in February.

Graduate of Liberty High School in Henderson, Nevada ... averaged 17.7 points per game during his senior season, including 10 rebounds per game, four assists per game and two steals per game ... helped lead the Patriots to their first-ever Class 5A state championship in 2022, defeating Bishop Gorman, 63-62, in overtime after Jefferson scored the final six points of regulation to tie the game and end the Gaels nine-year reign as champions ... named Nevada Preps All-Southern Nevada Boys Athlete of the Year and MaxPreps Player of the Year

Son of Ben and Michele Jefferson … his father played football at Maryland and played in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Raiders and Indianapolis Colts and then in the CFL, World League and NFL Europe … has two brothers, Cameron and Noah … his brother, Noah, played football at USC and Florida Atlantic, while his brother, Cameron, played football at UNLV and Arkansas … majoring in liberal studies.
