Indoor: Placed 10th in the weight throw with 63-11 1/2 (19.49m) at Big 12 Championships … hit an all-time weight throw best of 65-10 1/4 (20.07m), the eighth-best performance in Iowa State history, to place sixth at the Iowa Open … took second at the Iowa State Classic with 63-10 1/2 (19.47m) … also competed in the weight throw at the K-State DeLoss Dodds Invite, Cyclone Open, Bill Bergan Classic and ISU Holiday Invite.

Outdoor: Had a discus all-time best of 160-9 (49.00m) for 19th at the Texas A&M 44 Farms Team Invite.
Indoor: Threw weight throw at four meets ... capped season with a best of 56-8 3/4 (17.29m) for ninth at the Iowa Open.

2023-24
Outdoor: Competed unattached at two meets ... placed fourth in the discus at the ISU Alumni Invite (158-6, 48.33m) and the Kip Janvrin Open (154-7, 47.13m) ... hit hammer marks of 153-5 (46.77m) at the Kip Janvrin Open and 148-4 (45.21m) at the ISU Alumni Invite.
Indoor: Competed unattached … finished ninth at the Cyclone Open with a weight throw mark of 50-7 1/2 (15.43m) … threw 47-1 3/4 (14.37m) in the weight throw for 18th at the Iowa State Classic.
