Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Prelims in the 5,000m and finished 42nd in 17:27.98 ... scored in the 10,000m at Big 12 Championships finishing seventh in 34:52.28 ... put up the 10th-fastest 5,000m performance in program history with 16:00.74 for 10th at the Stanford Invite ... finished second in the 1,500m at Drake Relays with a PR of 4:20.98, just off the all-time ISU top 10 list ... ran the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invite in 4:25.59.
Indoor: Claimed 10th in the 5,000m (16:31.63) and 13th in the 3,000m (9:38.24) at Big 12 Championships … set the seventh-fastest 3,000m Iowa State performance of 9:09.28 and set a mile personal record with 4:46.90 at the Husky Classic … opened season setting the No. 8 5,000m performance in school history with 16:02.33 at the BU Season Opener … also ran the mile in 4:47.73 at the Razorback Invite.

Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Prelims in the 5,000-meter, finishing 39th with 16:31.62 … posted highest finish at Big 12 Championships with fourth in the 10,000m (35:12.65), her first time racing in the event … also scored in the 5,000-meter (16:37.03) with an eighth-place finish at conference championships … trimmed over 45 seconds off her outdoor 5,000m personal best to finish 11th at Drake Relays with 16:13.42 … led off the winning 4x1,600m squad (19:04.56) that broke the school record by nine seconds at Drake … ran the steeplechase at the Bryan Clay Invite clocking 10:37.07.
Indoor: Finished 10th in the 5,000-meter (16:44.62) and 13th in the 3,000m (9:48.04) at Big 12 Championships … hit a 3,000m personal record of 9:28.84 placing 36th at the Husky Classic … cemented third in the 1,000m (2:50.14) and seventh in the mile (4:47.12) at the Cyclone Open, both PRs … claimed 10th in the 3,000m with 9:34.30 at the Razorback Invite.

Outdoor: Ran for Iowa State in five meets … finished fifth in the 5,000m run (16:59.13) and sixth in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:46.83) at the Big 12 Championships, running the 5K less than 10 hours after the steeplechase concluded … ran to personal best 10:34.90 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays … posted a personal best 4:27.70 at 1,500m to finish fourth at the Sun Angel Classic … was member of ISU’s seventh-place 4x800m relay (8:54.76) and 10th-place distance medley relay (11:40.62) at the Drake Relays … made steeplechase debut at the Raleigh Relays, recording a 10:41.98.
Indoor: Competed for the Cyclones in five meets … was member of seventh place distance medley relay (11:36.12) and took 12th in the 3,000m run (9:47.50) at the Big 12 Championships … all other individual runs during season saw her record personal bests: the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic (9:30.82), the mile at the Razorback Invitational (4:48.45) and the 1,000m (2:53.13) and 800m (2:13.21) at the Cyclone Open.
XC: Ran in all six meets for Iowa State, helping the Cyclones to a ninth place team finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships … was ISU’s fifth finisher across the line at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, finishing 150th in 20:48.6 … earned first career USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region honor with 25th place finish at NCAA Cross Country Championships Midwest Regional … got first career All-Big 12 XC recognition with ninth place finish at Big 12 Championship … opened season with fourth place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational … finished 17th at the Griak Invitational and 109th at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational.

2020-21
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for the Cyclones … scored a point for ISU with eighth-place finish in the 1,500m run (4:32.68) at the Big 12 Championships … also ran in the 5,000m run (17:35.57) at the conference championships … posted personal best 4:32.20 in the 1,500m to finish eighth at the Rock Chalk Classic … was member of fourth-place 4x800m (9:06.75) and distance medley (11:21.33) relays at the Drake Relays, helping the Cyclone women finish second in the Relays’ Cup competition … also competed at the Jim Duncan Invitational.
Indoor: Took part in two meets for the Cyclones … finished 13th in the 3,000m run (10:10.95) at the Big 12 Championships … finished fourth in the open 3,000m run (9:58.87) at the Iowa State Classic.
XC: Finished 173rd at the NCAA Championships... posted a 86th-place finish at the FSU Winter XC Classic... raced to a 31st-place finish at the Big 12 Championship (22:10.3) … helped Iowa State to its eighth Big 12 title in the last 10 years … First Team Academic All-Big 12… earned her second top-10 finish of the season at the Cowboy Jamboree, finishing ninth individually in 22:02.9 … kicked off the season with a sixth-place finish at the Bob Timmons Classic behind a 5k time of 18:10.7.

Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.
Indoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … led-off for fifth place distance medley relay squad and finished 10th in 3,000m run in personal best 9:46.48 at the Big 12 Championships … ran to personal best 4:53.89 in the mile at the UW Invitational … also competed at the Wieczorek Invite and Iowa State Classic.
