2026 NCAA Qualifier at 133 pounds … reached the Round of 16 at the NCAA Championships as the No. 28 seed … defeated the No. 21 seed Sean Spidle (Northwestern), 5-3, and the No. 11 seed Tyler Ferrera (Cornell), 8-6) at the NCAA Championships … was limited in action during the season and missed a large portion of the year due to a knee injury suffered at the first tournament of the season (Cyclone Invitational) … made his return to the mat with a month remaining in the season … was a late addition to ISU’s postseason lineup, replacing an injured Evan Frost … automatically qualified for the NCAA Championships thanks to a great performance at the Big 12 Championship … fell to top-seeded Jax Forrest (Oklahoma State) in the first round before rattling off three-straight wins to earn his trip to Cleveland … placed sixth at the Big 12 Championship after medically forfeiting out of the tournament … posted an 8-5 record on the season with one pin and two major decisions … went 2-0 in duals with wins over UNI’s No. 22 Julian Farber and Missouri’s No. 28 Gage Walker.
