Academic All-MAC selection ... runner-up at 184 pounds at the MAC Championships ... pinned Chattanooga's Matthew Waddell in the pigtail round of the NCAA Championships, after entering the bracket as the 32nd seed ... went 20-6 on the season, including a 10-2 mark in duals ... dominant pinner that won nine matches by fall on the season ... scored bonus points in 50 percent of his duals ... won the Shorty Hitchcock Open with four wins, including two by fall ... at one point pinned four straight opponents in dual matches, starting with Bloomsburg's David Tuttle ... helped Golden Eagles to a dual win over Buffalo by pinning Sam Mitchell ... reached the finals of the MAC Championships with a sudden victory over Edinboro's Cody Mulligan and a decision over Ohio's Carson Brewer.

Finished the season with a 1-2 record competing at 184 pounds … won his first bout of the year with an 8-3 decision over Oklahoma’s Jake Boyd at the Michigan State Open … suffered a season-ending injury in his third match of the year at the MSU Open.

Finished season with a 12-8 overall record, including an 8-6 mark in dual action … recorded three major decisions and four falls.
