Dohrn was a consistent performer in the backstroke events, swimming in both the 100 and 200 back in every meet during 2023-24. Secured five top-three performances in the 200 back with second-place finishes at South Dakota and UNI...Third fastest Cyclone in 100 back (56.72) and 200 back (2:04.03) in 23-24.

Posted seven PR’s across the 50 and 200 free, 100 and 200 back … Claimed three victories in the 200 back against Nebraska, SDSU and TCU … Second Team All-Big 12 honoree in the 200 back … swam in the Big 12 Championship finals in the 100 (56.24, 12th) and 200 back (2:00.45, 7th) ... Posted a time of 55.81 in the 100 back conference meet prelims that ranks as the 16th-fastest performer in the 100 back and fourth-fastest time for a freshman … Clocked in at 2:00.35 at the Kansas Classic 200 back finals ... Sits at No. 12 on the top performer list in the 200 back and holds the fifth-fastest time for a freshman.
