Owen Baebler is in his first season serving as assistant director of player personnel at Iowa State.
Baebler worked for the Washington State football program for the last four seasons, most recently as a graduate assistant working with the offensive line in 2025.
He has also been a high school scout and a student assistant working with the defensive line and linebackers for the Cougars.
The Mercer Island, Washington native earned his bachelor's degree in sport management with a minor in business administration from Washington State in 2024.
