Southeast Missouri State Tournament Cancelled

AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State softball team will remain home this weekend, as the Southeast Missouri State softball tournament they were slated to play in has been cancelled due to impended weather conditions. The Cyclones were scheduled to open play in the three-day tournament with a contest vs. Creighton on Friday. The weather forecast calls for cold and winter conditions.
ISU's next competition will be at the Florida State Invitational in Tallahassee, Fla., March 8-10. Iowa State's first game will be vs. Auburn, March 8 at 1 p.m. (CST).
