No. 17 Iowa State Set for Showdown with the Mountaineers

AMES, Iowa – The No. 17 Iowa State gymnastics team (1-1, 1-1 Big 12) is set to take on the West Virginia Mountaineers (0-2, 0-2 Big 12) this Sunday.
The meet is set for noon Central time at WVU Coliseum in Morgantown, West Virginia. Sunday's meet will be televised live on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ (click here) where fans can cheer on the Cyclones from home. Live results will be provided by WVU, here.
The Cyclones have high expectations heading into their third meet of the season. They are coming off their first win over a top-5 team since 2006 after winning at No. 5 Denver last Sunday. The victory was also ISU's highest ranked win during head coach Jay Ronayne's tenure.
All eyes will be on junior Addy De Jesus as she takes to the vault. Last week she scored a perfect 10.000 on the apparatus, making her the first gymnast in the NCAA this year to achieve a perfect score on the event. On Tuesday, De Jesus was named the Big 12 Gymnast and Big 12 Newcomer of the Week.
