AMES, Iowa – Iowa State continues indoor season next hosting the Cyclone Open tomorrow at Lied Recreation.

Events for Iowa State begin at 11:30 a.m. with the weight throw and long jump.
The featured event will be the men's mile, as six will toe the line to attempt breaking four minutes. Mid-year transfers Justin Gleason from Northwestern and Leroy Russell III from Arkansas will make their debuts as Cyclones.
Last time out, ISU hosted the Bill Bergan Invite and put up to four top 10 ranked program performances. Emanuel Galdino clocked the third-fastest 1,000m time in ISU history of 2:19.74, also the 15th-fasest time in all-conditions collegiate history. At this point in the season, Iowa State men and women total nine performances in seven events that rank top 12 nationally in NCAA qualifying events.

Next week, the Cyclones head to Arkansas for the Razorback Invite Jan. 31-Feb. 1.
