Outdoor: Took part in six meets for Iowa State … ran anchor for 4x400 relay at Drake Relays … finished third as member of 4x400 relay at Musco Twilight … also ran on 4x4 relay at Tulsa Duels … at Tulsa, finished second in 400-meter hurdles competition … ran to a season-best time of 54.57 at the Stanford Invitational … also did the 400 hurdles at the Sun Angel Classic, Musco Twilight and Nebraska Invitational.
Indoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … was member of winning 4x400 in ‘B’ relay competition at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational … in ‘B’ relay contest at Iowa State Classic, was member of fifth-place 4x400 relay team … ran the 400-meter dash at the Iowa State Classic, Husker Invitational and Hawkeye Invitational … did the 200-meter dash at the Larry Wieczorek Invite.

2016 state champion in the 400-meter dash … was a two-time state championships qualifier in the 400 and 4x400-meter relay while also making state in the 400 hurdles as a senior and in the 4x200 and shuttle hurdle relays as a junior … holds school record in long jump while being member of school record-holding 4x400, 4x800 and sprint medley relay teams … finished fourth in the 400-meter dash at the Drake Relays as a senior.
