Outdoor: Ran in six meets for the Cyclones … finished 19th in the 1,500m run (4:05.83) and 22nd in his 5,000m run debut (15:25.67) at the Big 12 Championships … ran to a 1,500m personal best 3:48.26 to finish 13th at the Drake Relays … finished seventh in the 1,500m (3:52.72) at the Sun Angel Classic … also competed at the Mt. SAC Relays, Bryan Clay Invitational and Raleigh Relays.
Indoor: Competed in six meets for ISU … finished 11th in the 1,000m run (2:25.22) at the Big 12 Championships … finished second in the 1,000m run (2:29.06) to teammate Joe Schaefer at the Iowa State Classic … opened season with personal best 2:24.84 in the 1,000m run, finishing seventh at the Wooo Pig Classic … also competed at the Razorback Invitational, Cyclone Open and ISU Holiday Invitational.
XC: Competed for the Cyclones at the Griak Invitational.
2020-21
Outdoor: Ran in five meets for Iowa State … competed in 1,500m run at the Big 12 Championships … posted personal best 1:51.24 to finish eighth in the 800m at the Hayward Premiere … took first in 800m (1:54.59) and was member of winning 4x400m relay (3:20.20) at the Blue Oval Invitational … was member of 4x800m relay ‘B’ team that finished sixth at the Drake Relays (7:23.41) … also competed in the 800m at the Drake Relays and Rock Chalk Classic.
Indoor: Competed in four meets for ISU … finished fifth as member of distance medley relay (10:03.13), sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:14.97) and ninth in the 1,000m run (2:29.55) at the Big 12 Championships … took part in the 800m run at the Cyclone Open, Razorback Invitational and Iowa State Classic.
