Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for ISU … qualified for NCAA Outdoor Championships for third-straight time in the 400-meter hurdles, earning Second Team All-America honors with a 12th place finish in 50.48 … earned trip to Championships with personal best 50.09 at NCAA West Preliminaries, finishing 10th at the regional championship … finished third in 400m hurdles and ran second leg for seventh-place 4x400-meter relay team at Big 12 Championships … was member of winning sprint medley relay and finished seventh in 4x400m relay at Drake Relays, helping ISU defend its men’s Relays Cup title … earned first-place finishes in the 400m hurdles at the Rock Chalk Classic and Longhorn Invitational … also competed at the Florida Relays.

Indoor: Exhausted eligibility indoors for Iowa State … claimed bronze medal in the 400-meter dash at the USATF Indoor Track & Field Championships, clocking a personal best 46.40.

Outdoor: Picked up pair of All-America honors at NCAA Outdoor Championships, finishing 13th as member of 4x400-meter relay to get Second Team All-America (3:06.94) and earning Honorable Mention All-America honors with 21st place finish in 400-meter hurdles (52.09) … finished eighth in 400 hurdles (50.39) and 12th in 4x400 relay (3:07.01) at NCAA West Prelims to qualify for National Championships … anchored silver-medal winning 4x400m relay (3:05.50) and picked up bronze medal in 400m hurdles (50.51) at Big 12 Outdoor Championships … won Drake Relays title in 400m hurdles (50.98) while also running as part of fourth-place sprint medley relay (3:23.69) and fifth-place 4x400 relay (3:16.31) … picked up win in 400 hurdles at War Eagle Invitational (50.83) … also ran 400 hurdles at Sun Angel Classic and Stanford Invitational … member of winning 4x400 relay at Stanford Invite (3:09.99).

Indoor: Competed in seven meets for Iowa State … took part in the NCAA Indoor Championships, leading off for 4x400-meter relay, but pulled up with an injury on the first lap, leading to the group taking a DNF … finished fifth in the 400-meter dash and fourth leading off the 4x400-meter relay at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … his time of 46.71 in the 400 at the conference championships final ranks No. 7 in ISU history … led-off for school-record-setting 4x400 relay at the Alex Wilson Invitational, helping the quartet qualify for the NCAA Indoor Championships … led an Iowa State 1-2 in the 400-meter dash at the Iowa State Classic … also led off for the 4x400 relay at the ISU Classic, finishing third in the mile relay invite … also led off for 4x400 at Husker Invitational and Larry Wieczorek Invite, helping win the relay at the latter meet … took second in the 400-meter dash at the Hawkeye Invite … ran in the 200-meter dash at the Husker Invitational.

UW-Stout
Competed one season for UW-Stout … was named team’s Track MVP and Rookie of the Year … qualified for NCAA Division III National Championships both indoors and outdoors, earning All-America honors via a fifth place finish in the outdoor 400-meter hurdles, and indoors with a seventh-place effort in the 400-meter dash … won conference championship outdoors in 400-meter hurdles.
